Papa Gino`s in Orleans

Decent pizza, nice crust, good toppings, sausage was tasty and I'm no sausage lover, enjoyed the rustic crust. What is with the excessive grated cheese just sprinkled on crust of pie? Had to scrape some of that off. Overall good pizza and good value for your money. 3 stars because I'm just a tough critic and biased towards nyc pizza which I grew up eating.

Fast service, pizza was great

Good food for a chain and great service. I often order when at work and they always bring me some plates (total lifesaver). They deliver quite fast. They have surprised me with their speed on more then 1 occasion. Way better then Papa John's! I would recommend

Pretty clean for a Papa Gino’s.

All in all, it was terrible. I ordered a small pizza, a Pepsi, and a side of ranch online at the Papa Gino’s in Orleans MA. I waited an hour and 30 minutes until I called to see where it was. They said it’s gonna be another 20 mins so I waited. I waited another hour and it finally arrived. When it got here, it was cold and I did not get the ranch I ordered. Thanks Papa Gino’s

While this isn't one of the new fangled specialty pizzarias, its still our favorite one. A nice variety of fresh tasty toppings to choose from, timely service, friendly employees, and consistent quality. Their online special deals really can't be beat. And getting a free loyalty card adds up credits fast! We usually call ahead and pick up. We have someone with food allergies and they are very accommodating.

45 minutes? We're at 109 minutes and counting. They're closed.Addendum: they had the wrong address, and gave me a free pizza the next day, which is all that could be done I suppose. Just make sure they have the correct address and it should be fine

Good fast food pizza in the Cape & better than Domino's. However, the service is slow.

Awesomely good pizza. I eat cheese slices at many different Papa Gino's restaurants but this is by far the best. They all try to make them the same but the crispiness in the slices from this location is unequalled.

Good location, polite staff, clean though a bit aged. Perfect Papa Gino's food. Just what I needed.

Was ordering over the phone and got hung up on twice by John .. terrible attitude and customer service .. never experienced this from papagino’s before

New untrained employees who are left to fend for then self's with no one helping them.

I always have to stop up here when I visit the cape. Food is great and staff is always friendly.

Two words: GLUTEN FREE!!!! Yes, they have gluten free options. My family and I love the gluten free pizza as well as the regular pizza. Two family members have celiacs disease and they do a good job of preventing cross contamination. They have NOT gotten sick any of the times we've eaten here :)

I ordered a small cheese pizza for pick-up at the "Orleans" Pappa Ginos. It was the WORST pizza I ever received!The establishment is also filthy!You'd be better off saving $10 bucks & picking-up a frozen pizza at Stop & Shop.

Sad to see this great chain fizzle away. Great buffalo crispy chicken.

Pizza was amazing and it came out really fast

Advertised a 'buffet.' You were allowed one slice at a time, and when you wanted another, you had to go up and order one, and then wait for it to come. Makes for an extremely slow paced buffet especially if youre a big eater. Just a pain, which I assume is the goal - to limit your consumption by making you leave out of frustration. The pizza served for the buffet was terrible as well, bottom 3 pizzas in my life. I dont know if non buffet pizza was any different

Had dinner, and for the price point it was good. Just keep that point in mind and you will not be disappointed.

I just wasted my half hour lunch break watching my co workers eat their lunch, my pasta finally came half an hour after I ordered it and everyone else was done eating. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here

This store has improved immensely over the past year or so. Staff is much more of a team and very customer service oriented. Strong kudos to current general manager for setting the bar high and demanding her staff grow meet expectations.

Decent food, nothing amazing. Staff are friendly in my experience. Delivery takes an eternity, be prepared to wait up to two hours for your dinner, but it's the only place in town that delivers. I usually end up eating out of hunger before they show up, but when it does show up it's a nice surprise. Even if it is 8:30 and you put in an order at 6:30 and all you want to do is ask where the hell the driver has been. Anyways. The food at the actual restaurant is decent and pretty fairly priced. The delivery is pathetically slow.

Well, we ordered two extra large pizza one pepperoni and one plain cheese.The counter help was very good, the other work start to argue with me about the size in witch was supposed to be xl and trying to give a smaller size, just poor customer service...

Pizza was terrific but salad was wilted

Very friendly staff. Surprisingly, they have a very diverse menu. I opted for a couple of grilled long dogs with mustard relish onion. I have to say, they can compete with the best on the cape. My cousin got the tuna sub and said it was fantastic. Dogs were so good, I tried a slice of pepperoni pizza. Very good. Chewy crust if that's how you like it. I'm not sure if they have a choice of crust. Overall, very good for a quick bite.
